Dear Kira & Maci,

     I really enjoyed talking with you yesterday.  

Kira, I'm so glad you're doing well in school.  I hope you're enjoying learning and having fun with your new friends.  I love you sooooo much and I miss you more than you know.  I can't wait until you come stay with Daddy this summer, it's going to be so much fun! ;)

Maci, I am also so proud of you for learning a new letter.  You have to tell me about the new letters each time you learn.  I'm glad you are having fun playing with your best friend Kira.  When you come stay with Daddy during the summer we will read many books, and you will finally learn how to ride a bike, OK?

1/2 Marathon??????????

Yeap, I'm going to run a half-marathon in Austria in May.  My first ever for this kind of thing.  I have found running to be a serious form of stress relief of late.  I feel the world coming off my shoulders after running.  I'm running 20 miles per week right now and have never felt better physically, well since I was 23 or so.  LOL!  

The half is well, a half marathon.  So 13 miles in the mountains of Austria, can't beat it.  I'm going with two co-workers, and it should be a great time.

67 Days and Counting!

Colorado, ready or not here I come!  I'm as excited as can be to be moving to Colorado Springs, given my circumstances.  

Girls, were going to go camping when you come up, and were going to go hiking, have pic nics, and ride bikes.  It's gonna be GREAT ;)

I'm already looking at bike groups I can join, so my off time should be eventful and fun.  It will be nice to live where the sun shines more often than it rains, no offense Germany.

Hey Girls, I miss and love you soo much.  

I wish I could squeeze/hug and kiss you for days.  I'm sorry that I can't see or talk with you very much.  I pray everyday for you to have a good, fun and safe day.  I miss tucking you in at night and us reading books before bed, but hopefully we will get to do that this summer, OK?

Maybe before long I can read stories on here and you can listen.  Hopefully Mommy will help you use this site so that we can communicate more often.
